My name is Mitch and I'm a father of two and a husband to one.
I've read all the books, listened to all of the podcasts and I still feel like I'm not as good a father as I could be and that's ok.

Being in Dad Mode is about being there for the people that need you, staying true to your word and doing whats right, even if it's hard. Whether you have kids or not, anyone can enter Dad Mode, all you have to do is take the leap and build the parachute on the way down.
